Glacier National Park Leave No Trace

LEAVE NO TRACE TRAINER COURSE

Our Leave No Trace Trainer Course is designed for those who are actively teaching Leave No Trace to friends, family, colleagues and clients. In the Trainer Course each participant is  assigned a Leave No Trace topic and asked to prepare a short presentation for their peers.  This is a great course if you want to teach Leave No Trace Workshops.  Learn to teach others how to ethicly enjoy the outdoors.

The two-day Leave No Trace Trainer Course is a vital component of the national Leave No Trace program. This is a condensed version of the Leave No Trace Master educator Course.  It is designed for educators, guides, agency employees, other outdoor professionals and anyone interested in learning more about minimum impact skills and ethics. This course covers the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace as well as techniques for disseminating these low impact skills.  Learn about Leave No Trace Front Country, Back Country, and River Corridors.

Course Length: 2 Days

Course Price: $100/person.

LEAVE NO TRACE WORKSHOP

Here in the Heart of Glacier Country surrounded by Glacier National Park, Great Bear Wilderness, Scapegoat Wilderness, Bob Marshall Wilderness, and other National Forests Leave No Trace is a crucial component to low impact use.  Our Leave No Trace Awareness Workshops can be tailored to educators, youth, college students, scouts, outdoor professionals or anyone with an interest in learning more about Leave No Trace skills and ethics. We can tailor courses to front country, back country, river corridors, or topic to fit your needs.  The core of these workshops are the LEAVE NO TRACE Seven Principles. However, the presented information can be easily adapted for specific audiences, environments or recreational needs.

The half day Leave No Trace workshop is a vital component of the national Leave No Trace program.  It is tailored to those exploring the outdoors to learning more about minimum impact skills and ethics. This workshop covers the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace in a fun education hands on way.

Course Length: Half Day

Course Price: $10/person for the group class.
